Rebecca was remarkably thorough and helpful when explaining the many options and associated costs and so patient fielding our related questions. The quote she provided was the most clear and detailed we received and certainly competitive. Laura was helpfull was prompt, polite and helpfull with follow-up interactions and Rick was again so helpful when he came to do the final measurements, explain the installation process and to show us colour samples. His suggestions regarding colour coordination were bang on and our neighbors attest already to how “right” his suggestions were. While we are hardly authorities in these things, the quality of all of the materials used seems to be superior. Phil completed the installation well ahead of the expected date. He was personable and courteous and we were impressed with his attention to detail …his workmanship. The result is far more impressive than we could have hoped for. We have only one disappointment and that is that we likely cannot repeat this experience only because we have no more doors to replace. Thanks Doorway Inc family. Very well done.

We just got our new door installed and the end result is excellent. The installer (Phil) was very efficient, friendly, and helpful, and the quality of his work is top notch Everything looks wonderful. The value-to-price ratio of the product and service is better than the others we compared Doorway Inc to. The only drawback was that it did take well beyond the stated time for everything in the original order to come through (due to supply chain issues) but that is likely a challenge with other door companies as well. If you aren't in a rush, I would highly recommend Doorway Inc.
