Hard work and determination soon paid off! The small showroom and shop began to feel even smaller as our business grew in the following 11 years.
So, in the spring of 2004, we moved to a larger facility on Harvester Rd. Since then, we have often updated our showroom and adjoining shop to fit our customers’ needs.
Doorway Inc. has proudly served customers for over 30 years with quality door systems that fit both their style and budget. We have also maintained good customer relationships, which we believe are essential to building a successful business.
As each year goes by, we focus on maintaining the standards and values that have built our business into what it is today.
Located in Burlington, Ontario, Doorway Inc. will install our door systems in Burlington and the surrounding areas including Grimsby, Stoney Creek, Caledonia, Hamilton, Dundas, Waterdown, Freelton, Millgrove, Ancaster, Flamborough, Georgetown, Cambellville, Milton, Oakville, and Mississauga.
Waiting while the door is being made is the hardest part! We moved into a new house Aug 2020 and wanted to replace our front door (before [white] and after [cheating heart] pictured below). We were recommended Doorway from a family member so we visited their showroom. Laura was a delight to deal with and very helpful. Neither my wife or I knew what we wanted so she walked us through all of the options for doors, framing and hardware. The time for the door to be produced was 10 weeks; this was exactly as Laura said it would be - but it doesn't make waiting any easier! The best part of the experience was the installation. Eric was great. He was polite, personable and very meticulous. The installation took about 6 hours total but we were so happy with Ian's attention to detail it was well worth the wait. Ironically, after Eric finished, our neighbours came over and told us they bought from Doorway as well but ambitiously elected to install the door themselves and immediately regretted it. We were very pleased with Doorway - very happy to have received the recommendation from family in the first place.
